Since our products are made on demand by our trusted partner Printful, please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  1. Order Issues
    If there is an issue with your order, such as a misprint, defective item, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item. Email us at Gingerpotterprints21@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We will work with Printful to address the problem and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
  2. Returns and Exchanges
    Since our products are custom-made, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please ensure you select the correct sizes, colors, and designs before completing your purchase.
  3. Refunds
    Refunds are only available in cases where:

A product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
The incorrect product was shipped.
For eligible refunds, once your issue is verified, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  1. Order Cancellations and Modifications
    As each item is made to order, order cancellations or modifications can only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, production may already be underway.
  2. Lost or Stolen Packages
    If your package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages, we will work with Printful to investigate and, if possible, offer a replacement at our discretion.
